Technical Highlights: These Wet-Type of cut off machine were made out based on the model of the KCM-370NE·SC. 1. No. 1 D spec (with setup path) semi-automatic machine: ・Low cost design with air-hydro drive that does not need a hydraulic unit. ・The head with 2 speed feedings which are fast speed just short of the workpiece and then cutting speed can be can be shorten operating time. ・The head part can be closed to the workpiece by inching to confirm the cutting point without spinning the saw blade. ・The vise is manual clamping.
2. No. 11 semi-automatic machine:
This specification adds an inverter to the No. 1D specification.
The optimal speed can be freely set for the material to cut with stainless steel at 11 min-1, iron at 22 min-1, and aluminum at 43 min-1
3. No. 22 automatic machine:
This specification adds an inverter to the No. 1D specification and automates the vise clamp. Two types of vise clamp are available according to the power. 3.1. Air vise: Exclusively for square pipe. Uses a cylinder with a guide. Optimal for light cutting with a stable clamping 3.2. Booster vise: Maximum clamp strength of 1.4 tons. Optimal for heavy cutting. Cautions: · Do not exceed maximum R.P.M. marked on the wheels, never use sides of wheels for grinding or polishing, and make sure no chipping and no cracks at the edges of wheels. · Let the machine be idle for one minute before you start working. The machine must be idle for three minutes after you have changed the wheel. · The materials to be cut must be fastened on the machine. · Do not alter or change the metal center of the arbor hole if the size does not fit the machines. · Always wear face and eye protection. · Never remove protection guard from tools or machines.
