This exhibition marked a pivotal moment for FUJI, showcasing Japanese-engineered 400Hz technology designed to redefine safety and efficiency in the European market.

The centerpiece of the exhibition was FUJI's 400Hz Lightweight High-Frequency Angle Grinder. This configuration is intended for mobile workstations carrying out intermittent, short-duration heavy grinding, such as railway maintenance and moving grinding stations aboard ships.

A high-performance machine needs high-performance consumables. FUJI showcased its Japanese-engineered resinoid grinding wheels, selected to match the grinder’s wheel diameter, bore, marked maximum speed and workpiece material.
Railway Maintenance:
Intermittent grinding of suitable metal components at changing work positions, using an approved wheel and accessible compatible power supply.
Shipboard Mobile Grinding:
Moving between repair locations for localized weld cleanup and heavy grinding in short work periods.
Other Mobile Repair Stations:
Localized metal repair and weld removal. For sustained foundry grinding, ask FUJI to assess a machine and power-source combination rated for the required continuous load.
A: FUJI is adapting its existing Japanese 250Hz high-frequency grinder platform into a 300Hz version for the European market. The planned version is designed to connect directly to an existing compatible 300Hz high-frequency power supply without replacing the power infrastructure, provided the supply voltage, phase configuration, connector and available capacity match the tool requirements. This development does not make the 400Hz exhibition model suitable for direct connection to a 250Hz or 300Hz supply.
A: FUJI currently expects to complete the applicable CE conformity assessment and documentation for the planned European-market version in early 2027. This is a development target, subject to completion of the required evaluation. Confirm the final model specifications, availability and conformity documentation with FUJI before ordering.
