Explore Our Top Grinding DiscsIn the highly demanding field of metalworking, surface grinding operations are notoriously time-consuming and labor-intensive. These processes directly dictate the final product quality. Unfortunately, the global market—especially in Southeast Asia—is currently flooded with counterfeit products. Notorious knock-offs masquerading as premium Japanese brands (such as fake NIPPON RESINBON (レヂボン 砥石), KURE GRINDING WHEEL (クレトイシ), TYROLIT, and Bosch) are causing severe operational headaches for procurement executives.
The true cost of a cheap grinding wheel for metal:
Founded over seven decades ago, FUJI GRINDING WHEEL commands a massive 30% market share in Japan's highly competitive industrial sector. Starting in 2025, FUJI is stepping out of Japan to serve the global market directly. By eliminating the middleman, we provide genuine, 100% self-manufactured abrasive products.
We do not just assemble; we manufacture. Every single metal grinding disc represents uncompromising Japanese standards, rigorous quality control, and a rich product line ranging from highly affordable economic options to ultra-premium specialized discs. Whether you need a standard surface grinding wheel or a specialized heavy-duty disc, FUJI provides ultimate reliability from the first disc to the one-millionth.
To meet the diverse demands of metalworking, we have optimized our product line. Below are our three most requested products, featuring the universally compatible T27 (Depressed Center/Offset - オフセット砥石) profile, highly regarded as the best grinding wheel for metalworking.

| Model | Dimensions | Abrasive Material | Key Benefit | Product Detail Link |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4" Super F2 | 100 x 6 mm | Premium Aluminum Oxide | Highly Affordable, Lightweight, Fast Steel Stock Removal | View 4" Super F2 |
| 7" Super F2 | 180 x 7 mm | Premium Aluminum Oxide | Maximum Durability, High Efficiency for General Metal Fabrication (オフセット砥石 180mm) | View 7" Super F2 |
| 7" Super Z | 180 x 6 mm | Zirconia (HAZ20S) | Heavy-Duty Castings (鋳物研削砥石), 3X Efficiency, Extreme Rough Grinding (重研削砥石) | View 7" Super Z |
Note: We operate as a source factory. Other dimensions (4.5", 5", 6", 9") are fully supported for custom production based on client specifications.
Unlike standard cold-pressed discs that suffer from porosity and premature wear, FUJI utilizes a proprietary Japanese hot-press manufacturing process. This ensures maximum density, incredible wear resistance, and a longer operational lifespan. Direct from the manufacturer means you get source-factory pricing with world-class engineering.
We meticulously select our raw materials, utilizing Saint-Gobain abrasives and Sumitomo phenolic resins. By deeply understanding Corundum material costs, we maximize durability while lowering the time cost of worker wheel replacements. Our strict ISO-9001 system guarantees consistent perfection across millions of units.
Compliant with JIS R 6242 and JIS R 6212 standards, we offer custom formulations. Our 24S grit abrasive provides aggressive, powerful grinding perfect for heavy stock removal. Alternatively, our 36P formulation provides a slightly softer hardness, heavily reducing vibration, improving operator comfort, and delivering a perfect balance of grinding capability.
In industrial environments, safety cannot be a secondary thought. Our strict adherence to global safety norms vastly outpaces cheap market alternatives. For context on safety factors:
FUJI surpasses all international standards. While many European and American competitor brands rated for 80m/s will catastrophically shatter at 25,000 RPM in burst tests, the FUJI 4-inch Super F2 (72m/s) actually withstands 30,000 RPM without breaking. We prioritize operator life and safety above all.

Our Offset grinding wheel for Steel (オフセット砥石) is universally utilized across "Manufacturing" and "Metal Fabrication" sectors. They are engineered to effectively remove welds, clear excess ferrous material, and perform heavy deburring.

Factories requiring heavy metal grinding inevitably face massive metal cutting demands. FUJI naturally transitions to fulfill this need by producing a comprehensive range of high-performance resin cutting wheels. From ultra-thin cut-off wheels for angle grinders (4" to 7") to massive industrial chop saw discs (14", 16", and up to 26" / 660mm). Our wheels ensure fast, secure, and smooth cuts on both carbon and stainless steel.
Understanding the internal engineering of your abrasives is crucial for optimal performance. We provide deep technical insights to our partners.
View How to Choose the Best Grinding WheelTo ensure precision in your technical specifications, use the following standardized formula for peripheral velocity conversion:
At FUJI, we focus exclusively on large-scale B2B partnerships and customized manufacturing. We do not cater to sporadic B2C retail orders. By filtering out retail, we ensure that 100% of our factory resources are dedicated to B2B clients, regional distributors, and OEM requirements.
We ensure that every batch of products perfectly matches your specific material processing and operational requirements. We actively seek strong regional distributors across the globe to build highly profitable, long-term partnerships.
The choice depends strictly on your workpiece material and desired finish. For general carbon steel and weld removal, an Aluminum Oxide (Corundum) wheel like the Super F2 offers the best cost-to-performance ratio. For intense rough grinding on cast iron or heavy steel, Zirconia wheels (Super Z) are required for longevity and bite.
Many brands in the market are poorly regulated relabeled imports. FUJI owns the manufacturing process from raw material to finished product using Japanese hot-press technology. Our wheels consistently survive burst speed tests of 30,000 RPM, far exceeding the strict Japanese JIS R 6241 and European EN 12413 standards.
T27 refers to the shape of the wheel. A Depressed Center (or Offset) wheel features a pushed-in center hub, allowing the operator to grind at an optimal angle (usually 15 to 25 degrees) without the grinder's locking nut interfering with the workpiece. It is universally the most common profile for metal grinding.
The number indicates the grit size, and the letter indicates the hardness of the bond. 24S is coarser and harder, offering incredibly aggressive material removal. 36P uses a slightly finer grit with a softer bond, which reduces operator vibration and improves comfort over long shifts while maintaining great grinding efficiency.
Absolutely. High-frequency grinders maintain their RPM under heavy load better than standard pneumatic or electric grinders. Our Super Z series paired with our high-frequency grinders maximizes the metal removal rate securely.
